Daniel Kasprowski

I am a postdoc in the Topology group at the University of Bonn. Previously, I was a postdoc at the Max-Planck-Insitute for Mathematics in Bonn for two years. My research interests are algebraic K- and L-theory and the Farrell-Jones conjecture and, furthermore, 4-manifold topology. I received my doctoral degree in May 2014 at the University of Münster under supervision of Arthur Bartels.

Next winter term I will organize a seminar on knot theory with Christoph Winges.

I am the assistant for the lecture course Einführung in die Geometrie und Topologie. Furthermore, I am organizing a seminar on Lie groups with Viktoriya Ozornova.

In previous semesters I was the assistant for the lecture course Algebraic Topology I and I was organizing the Geometric Topology Seminar together with Wolfgang Lück and Peter Teichner.
